Hello All, school has influenced my life in a very positive way thus far one because I never in a million years thought or even had the idea that I would be almost 40 years old and going back to school, and second I never knew I had this much dicipline to do anything like this but I will tell you this much that I have loved it from the monent I started and have and will continue to put everything I have into obtaining my degree so I can safely say that no matter how hard it gets quiting is and has never been an option I want this and I want it bad so I am going to fight to the very end to get what I came for.

Hi Chantay,
ReplyDeleteI see that you now have a different site, I was following your chantay06 site. Anyway, I know exactly what you mean, because I never thought that I would even attempt to continue my education at this stage in my life. But as the cliche goes, "you're never too old to learn". I think that because we are older (and wiser), we know the true value of a good college education, therefore we put forth more effort, and have more discipline to do whatever it will take to accomplish our common goal of earning a college degree to afford ourselves a better quality of life. The only disadvantage of going to school as an (older) adult, is that we have more obstacles to overcome, but our will, determination, and discipline, will prevail. You proved in setting up your blog that "quitting is never an option". See you at graduation.
